Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders placed before 3pm for in-stock items will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched same day for delivery on the following Monday).

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. Should you wish for an item to be delivered on a Saturday will need to be arranged via phone in advance of ordering and an additional costs will be charged. A signature on delivery is required.

All shipping costs, regardless of destination, can be calculated by via the ‘Shipping Rates Calculator’ by adding the items to the shopping cart and selecting your shipping destination.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and these are the standard delivery days that you are required to pay a £10.00 delivery charge to any address within the UK Mainland (UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Channel Islands). If heavy or over-sized, extra charges may also apply.

Orders exceeding £150.00 (excluding Feno Marker orders and depending on size and weight) qualify for free delivery within mainland UK only, and exclude the Scottish Borders, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For Feno Marker orders please contact us directly to estimate shipping costs and delivery rates.

Special delivery requirements are possible and it is best that you contact the sales team first to discuss your requirements. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us directly to check stock and estimated delivery time.

All received orders will be communicated through email and in some cases via telephone.

Heavy and over-sized items may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resaleable within 10 working days of receipt. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.

The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.

If goods are returned to us after 10 working days or not in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.

Please keep your proof of postage from the Post Office until we have confirmed that we have received your returned items.

There is no refunds on software once payment has been received.
