At M&P Survey Equipment, we are currently unable to offer detection training at our premises due to the current social distancing guidance which makes our Leica-approved sessions impractical. However, as part of Hexagon, we’re pleased to be able to offer training at a group facility instead.
Leica Geosystems have recently revealed a brand-new centre for detection training in the UK. The purpose-built facility in Shropshire replicates street and construction site environments to give trainees ‘real’ world experience using Leica detection products.
Courses can now take place there, adhering to social distancing guidelines by limiting sessions to 5 trainees and providing sanitation supplies.
There is a selection of utility detection courses available to choose from. All of which are approved by CITB and EUSR-accredited.
The training courses allow each trainee to have their own piece of equipment to use for the entirety of the session, although group rates are available.
