M&P Survey Equipment are able to provide certified safety training courses that can be carried out either on your premises or in our training room at our offices near Chester. The extent of training provided will ensure all candidates are competent in both the practical and theoretical use of cable location and safety equipment.
The Training we provide is run in accordance with HSG 47 and covers the following:
• Legislation
• Safe system of work
• Theory of operation
• Locating devices
• Locating methods (passive and active)
• Signal generators
• Accessories
Upon completion of the course all candidates will be issued with a certificate of competency which is fully supported by the manufacturers.
