What Information do we collect?
You can have a look through our on-line shop without giving us any personal information about yourself.
When you want to purchase a product, we'll need to know some information about you, but we'll ask the minimum of questions which are mainly used when entering your credit/debit card details and as such, we will retain your contact details to keep you updated with offers that we think may be of interest, either special offers or newsletters, e-shots and any other relevant marketing material. You're completely free to choose at any time whether you do or don't receive such offers. If you wish to opt out at anytime, please contact us at the usual email address: sales@mpsurvey.co.uk and please type OPT OUT in the subject line. You can at any point in the future opt back in if you wish to receive any of our special offers etc by emailing the same address with the subject line: OPT IN and we will add you back onto our mailing list.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and then delivery charges are stated. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Standard UK Delivery Charges are £15.00 per order. Carriage is FREE for orders over £175.00.

All delivery charges outside the UK Mainland vary per order and will be based on standard international recorded delivery charges to ensure your items are delivered safe and signed for. Delivery charges will be added later subject to weight and the size of the package. You will be contacted via email with a quote for delivery costs which is payable via credit or debit card.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the next working day. International orders are to be advised with estimated delivery time.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK Mainland Only: 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
